Studio Atelier was founded in 2014 with one conviction: that buildings should outlast the moment of their making. Not through trend-chasing, but through a deep attention to place, material, and purpose. We believe great architecture is quiet — it doesn't shout, it endures.
We are a medium-sized practice of 18 architects and designers, working from our studio in Andheri West, Mumbai. Our projects span residential villas, institutional campuses, cultural centres, and commercial towers — united by a consistent approach that starts with listening and ends with precision.
Every project begins with the site visit, the client conversation, and the brief. We spend time understanding what a building needs to do before we begin designing what it should be. That discipline is what separates buildings that merely stand from those that belong.
We have been recognised with 12 national awards, published in Architectural Digest, Vogue Living, and The Hindu, and our work has been exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale. But we measure success by simpler things: a client who calls us back for their next project, a building that earns its place in the city.
